Silverthorne Colorado Short Term Rental Regulation Map

On January 11, 2023 the Town of Silverthorne passed Ordinance 2022-25 which created three zones for incorperated Silverthorne and placed a cap on each. Area One is capped at 10%, Area Two(town core/riverfront) is capped at 50%. Area Three(deed restriced) does not allow STRs. Owner occupied STRs are exempt from the cap and are allowed in Areas One and Two. Currently the cap has not been reached in Areas One and Two.
