Ryan’s passion for real estate began at an early age. Growing up in a family of real estate professionals, he was immersed in the industry from the start. Inspired by this legacy, he obtained his real estate license shortly after college and quickly established himself as a trusted expert in the field.
Meet Ryan
Henry, a Summit County resident and realtor since 1978, works with both buyers and sellers and enjoys assisting second home owners and locals alike. His focus is on serving repeat customers and obtaining new listings. Henry’s areas of expertise include Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne and the Lower Blue River valley north of Silverthorne. Henry often works with large parcels, ranch property, riverfront property, stand alone homes, vacant land and luxury homes. When he’s not selling real estate, Henry enjoys his horses (CJ, Trapper and Poncho), spending time with his wife (Sioux), children (Chamisa & Bryce, Keekan & Kenny) and grandchildren (Kierra, Hadley, Riley, Kase and Evan). He also enjoys the company of his many animals, fishing, attending Rockies & Avalanche games and visiting with friends.
Meet Henry
Christine has over 25 years of real estate experience in the Summit County area. Her focus has been serving repeat customers of the team and she continues to do so remotely from her home in Sarasota, FL. Since she is no longer physically here to show or list properties, she is now using her expertise as the team’s Closing Manager. Christine assists Henry and the team in drafting contracts, negotiating offers, managing transactions, date and deadline maintenance and oversees the team’s transactions to be sure the closings go as successfully as possible. She still enjoys skiing but doesn’t ski as often, now that she’s in Florida. These days, she enjoys golfing, biking, boating, and walking on the white sand beaches with her husband, Larry. She also enjoys spending as much time as possible with her daughter Paige and the grandkids, Oliver and Myles who all live in the Sarasota area.

Originally from the Northeast, Luke grew up vacationing in Summit County and has always loved the active mountain lifestyle. An outdoor enthusiast, Luke especially enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and skiing. He always knew he would eventually call Summit County his home. While operating a business doing home renovations, he discovered his passion for real estate. This made becoming a real estate agent a natural progression in his career. Over the past five years, Luke has helped clients navigate the buying and selling process. He supports the team through every step of the listing process, ensuring each property is presented at its very best. From preparation to launch, Luke works diligently to deliver exceptional marketing and maximize each home’s exposure.
