Frisco has become one of the most desirable spots in Summit County! The town comes in at just under two square miles, but that doesn’t mean Frisco doesn’t have a lot to offer! Downtown Frisco has rightfully been nicknamed the “Main Street of the Rockies.” With its unique mountain town feel, popular shops and restaurants main street Frisco is an amazing place to be! Centrally located in Summit County, Frisco is the perfect home base for all your mountain adventures!
Within the small town of Frisco there are many places to start your adventure! At The Frisco Bay Marina, you can kayak, paddleboard, or even rent a boat for the day! Just down the road at the Frisco Adventure Park, you can skateboard, bike, and play disc golf during the summer and go tubing in the winter. If tubing isn’t your thing, you can cross country ski or snowshoe at the Frisco Nordic Center.
You can also use Frisco as your launchpad to access the 2.3 million acres of White River National Forest that surrounds Summit County and the five world-class ski areas that have made Summit County what it is today.

Frisco Adventure Park
The adventure park is located on the Frisco Peninsula which has miles of summer hiking and biking trails and winter Nordic trails along the shores of Lake Dillon. Nestled among the mountains just one mile from Main Street the adventure park has activities for anyone!

Rightfully nicknamed the “Main Street of the Rockies,” Frisco’s popular Main Street has an unmatched mountain town feel. With many great restaurants and shops, Frisco Main Street is an amazing place to be!
Concert in the Park
Taking place at the Frisco Historic Park gazebo and lawn, Frisco’s Concert in the Park Series features a wide variety of bands. This pet friendly event takes place every Thursday throughout the Summer.
Frisco Short Term Rental Regulations
On October 17th 2022, Ordinance 22-10 came into effect for Incorporated Frisco. This Ordinance placed a 25% cap on the number of licenses allowed. The maximum number of licenses has been reached and a waitlist has been implemented.
